On the 23rd of January 2020, our CEO, Jiovany Orozco Parra, represented CloudLabs in the final of the Global EdTech Startup Awards, which were celebrated as part of the BETT Show 2020, one of the most important events in the ED-Tech industry.
The event brought together 19 companies, which were acknowledged as the most innovative companies of the year. CloudLabs represented Latin America, and we were given the opportunity to present our experience to an audience of more than 1,000 stakeholders. We were able to proudly represent Colombia with an innovative product which allows students to have fun while learning science, technology, engineering and mathematics, through video games simulating scenarios from real life.
At the BETT Show, we had the opportunity to share experiences in a space which demonstrates the importance of technology in the learning process, and how implementing it correctly in institutions helps to improve the quality of education and to captivate students’ interest in learning science.
