CloudLabs was the protagonist in the awards ceremony for the Milken-Penn GSE 2020 Education Business Plan Contest, which is held every year in Philadelphia, United States.
The Colombian company, from Risaralda, won the award from the American public university system, one of three awards given by the contest’s organization, whose themes are related to global educational transformation. 200 companies from 37 countries applied to the contest, which is organized by the Milken-Penn Foundation and the association of US Universities, and led by the University of Pennsylvania; of those 200 companies, 28 made it to the semifinal out of which only 9 companies were not from the United States. For the finals, 8 companies were chosen, 7 of which were local and CloudLabs from Colombia.
